HLDS : Block core.xxxx files
 

Hello AlliedModders,

My server is always creating a lot of core files (core.xxxx) with more than 200mb on each file, how can I disable this from being created ?

You can disable core dumps by setting the core user limit to 0. It's something the server administrator has to do, if you are just renting a game server then you probably can't do it yourself. https://ss64.com/bash/ulimit.html

The better way would be to reduce the crashes of your server. Every core-file means one crash. Use them to debug your server instead of just deleting them.
