It's probably possible server-side. I'll have to look into it later though, as I'm opted into the SteamPipe beta and I don't have a SteamPipe dev server currently.

I am sorry but I can't find the mckayupdater.sp anywhere. Could you also clarify how to use these two files to get weapons showing?

It's in scripting.

I can't do anything regarding weapons not showing up, that would be on Valve's end. All this does is change your FOV.

My game (CS: GO) is crashing few seconds after using sm_fov 130

EDIT: Sorry, it has nothing to do with this plugin, it was just nVidia beta drivers.

dr mckay, you wouldnt by chance be interested in making this into something that uses RegEasyAdminCmd, would you?

I have been trying to redesign it to function in that fashion, targeting the players, etc., but your cookie system has me all confused..

i got the plugin functioning and targeting, but the caches are obviously not saved to the targets, and therefore the FOV remains set to whatever amount u initially set, even if you leave the server...

this is what i have so far.. would be an honor if you could help

Hello, a friend of mine running a TF2 server just recently installed this plugin. I'm a huge fan of it (I can't go back to playing Scout at 90 FOV after experiencing 110 FOV) but we've noticed a glitch: if you scope in, then scope out as Sniper, it resets your FOV to 75 (I believe it's 75, it might be lower though) until you either use the !fov command again or die and respawn. This only happens at FOVs higher than 90.

It's very frustrating, I was wondering if anyone is aware of a fix? If not, I hope this is fixed in future versions. I understand if it's impossible to fix, but I wanted to bring it up just in case.

Plugin updated to v1.1.0. Players' FOVs are no longer reset when exiting a sniper scope.
