Good luck using that, the sprite will keep moving and shaking. That's not the way to do it.

ye thats true, but for his needs it will be totally enought...for example block teamjoin/freez and show these sprites

If it's not metahook, the only way I'm able to think now is a entity with a think time of 0.01 (0.001 maybe) seconds. In entity think the origin is being updated according to player's "view origin". I've seen such sprite in ZoD zombie plague server, but not sure how they did.
