Voice Chat require Key rebind, last source update

Anyone else having server problems with all these little updates?

This latest one has forced me to restart my server multiple times with about 1/4 restarts fixing player having to rebind their voice chat keys. Map change then forces them to rebind again. All since yesterdays update.Anyone else?

Running SM 1.3

deleted sv_voicecodec vaudio_speex from server.cfg .

lessen learned, have a clean .cfg file
