edited my post, i've just done that and now it just throws me a sementation fault when i try to start the server.

even without plugins.

What game are you running. 1.8.2 does that if your not in the new 1.6

CS 1.6, i've just reinstalled the whole hlds folder using steamCMD and it seems to be perfectly working now, might have been a corrupted file in the amxmodx folder since it runs perfectly if i disable amxmod in the plugins.ini.

anyway, solved, thanks for the fast update on this :)

Updated the Upgrade Instructions, replacing hamdata.ini is required for it to work properly

No, from the 1.8.2 package. About the unofficial update of ham, I've filed a bug report and it should be integrated soon.

What? Is Valve porting servers to Mac in addition to clients? That doesn't make sense does it? Mac's aren't typically used for servers AFAIK (I guess I could be wrong here since I avoid that crap like the plague).

I have some problems to install SteamCMD on freebsd

so.

I update amxx to 1.8.2 , update metamod, update binary 5787 (with -autoupdate)
But i have problem:

1. When some one join to server , server crashed.
2. MYSQL don't working.

After remove file cs_i386.so , sv don't run.

You have to update the game with SteamCMD.
