Unusual Hat Effects

Ability to purchase 'fake' unusual hat effects which you can have on any hat.
Ability to purchase skin/model changing colors.
Ability to purchase glow effect.

That plugin is for TF2 only. This idea is amazing, if it works for cs:s. :)
