Broken as of VScript Update

The Vscript update caused servers running this (Or at least mine) to be unable to start at all properly, and since it's so tangled in with the rest of my Sourcemod install I had to temporarily remove sourcemod altogether. It will freeze on the line:

Tried updating the tf2.items.txt manually since it updated in what I assume is the github repo for tf2items but no dice, the server still freezes on [TF2ITEMS] "GiveNamedItem" offset = 486

Update sourcemod to the latest version, did have the same problem.
