Replays are broken again!
 

Have a 24 player server with 2 hidden reserve slots.

I have replay enabled in the server.

When in the launch parameters i have -replay the server appears as 25.
When in the launch parameters i dont have -replay the server runs as 24 but the 24 player is always kicked for slot reservation.

This didnt used to happen some weeks ago :(

EDIT: Title should be reserve slots are broken.
