Display custom kill sprites?

Hello, is it possible to display this in client from the server? without using slowhacking?

Yes, but not as a death icon. You can't replace those.

Intercept headshot or knifing by blocking Death Message. Display sprite and a HUD message with killer ->victim ->weapon.

I don't think you can display those sprites without editing hud.txt file

Its possible, look at Arukari's BF4 Ranks Mod plugin, it can display those kind of sprites.
