DIsplay message in chat after user successfully joined steam group

In my server players can join the steam group to get flag A, become vip and get access to exclusive commands. The problem is that the admin rights only reload and apply after a map change and not instantly, so players might think that joining the group did nothing and quit it.

I just need a message to pop up in their chat right after they join group that says "Thank you for joining the group! Your VIP privileges will be available after map change."

Seems like the answer was posted in the other thread except you can just give them their permissions in that forward instead.

The code needs swgm.inc to compile. However the code still gives error cannot read from swgm inc file even when the file is included.
