CSS/GO auto afk kicker when server is full

A while back I had a plugin for css & csgo which automatically kicked afk players if server is full or X amount of slots are being filled. I think you could even adjust the minutes after a players would be considered being afk. Anyone remember this plugin or still got it?

That's not the one I'm looking for and doesn't just do it's work when the server gets full but thanks anyway!
