deathmatch broken 14.05. update

cssdm is broken it doesnt work with the latest sm and mm snapshot on linux. it crashes when u join. it works fine when moving the cssdm folder -> plugins/disabled folder.

csgo Build: 6031
sm: SourceMod 1.7.2-dev+5200,
mm: Metamod:Source version 1.10.5-dev
Compiled on: May 15 2015

no doubt, cssdm is broken
