Server not loading

When i try to load my new csgo server no plugins nothing.when i start Run.bat it opens csgo automatically and joins a csgo casual match with bots.
HELP

So you have a separate server installed, right? You're not just trying to run this from your installed game directory?

I have one but its dead i dont load it or open it anymore should i delete it??

I deleted the DEAD servers and it works but it closes at end doest load..

Honestly, you're providing so little information that I have no idea how to help you.

Please describe what you did to install the server in the first place. Then we can go from there.
