I need a small modification in a source ;( (admin access flagg)

this playsound plugin i'm using

i'd like it so, that only admins with flag :z can play the sounds, and others get the message, " you don't have access to this command " currently every player can play sounds.

Can anyone change this in the source, im a newbbb
