1.4.11 unusual ajax errors.
 

I am having issues installing sourcebans on my server. I am getting some unusual errors that you can see in this link http://imgur.com/a/RuJeQ

I have searched for solutions and have not been able to find one. Please help me figure out the problem so I can get my admins there powers back.

Which browser do you use?
What do you use for your webserver?
Which PHP version is installed?

I am using chrome for the browser but it doesn't work for firefox or IE to.

The game server is running windows professional but the web server is running linux.

The php version installed is PHP Version 5.3.10

getting a xxxx.sb_bans does not exist since i did my reinstall when i start the server.

Sorry for the double post but i found out through my friend that the !DOCTYPE is messed up on one file and changing it actauly fixed the error that popped up when I tried to login now I would like to know where I could find the file related to adding servers and groups so I can change the !DOCTYPE on those files.
