As in the description, once 6 people are connected, a password is set on the server (a message is printed to chat saying so).

There's also a steamtools/connect plugin in there, but it is untested and so disabled (it's not even in the .smx when you click Get Plugin). To enable it you'll have to recompile with //#define USE_STEAMTOOLSCONNECT uncommented.

Convars:
mvmautolock_version 1.2 - don't touch
mvm_password - Password to set once the server has 6 or more people. If unset, the plugin will not be enabled.

Doesnt locking the server automatically remove said server from matchmaking even after its unlocked?

I ordered mvm_password 12345, but when running, password immediately placed on the server.

Indeed it does.

To put it back into MM mode, you need to put tf_mm_servermode back to 2 or whatever it was before.

If you lock the server and unlock it, manually enter tf_mm_servermode 2 it will auto set it back to 0, so it requires a complete reboot.

Ah, I don't know how well this works with matchmaking. The steamtools/connect bit will probably be more compatible. I'll do some testing. However, matchmaking only ever lets 6 people connect (Fletch made this pretty clear in an email) so if you set sv_visiblemaxplayers to 6 (7 or 8 if you have Replay, STV, or both), then you probably don't need this plugin and you should be fine with matchmaking.
