Update you DNS settings. Override providers' conf. Type 8.8.8.8 (GOOGLE)

API Key is just there for future use, it is not used currently.

Your SourceBans URL is used for Steam Login

The problem is MariaDB, please use the dev version from the GitHub page.

I have put a temp fix for MariaDB, but if MySQL decides to use version number 10, then I'm screwed.

As the API key is generated by Valve / Steam, your question belongs to them, only they can tell you whether or not it has restrictions based on the domain name you enter.

Since API keys works using command line commands (e.g. CURL or even WGET), and without any Referrer HTTP header, it would make most sense to suggest that the domain name you enter is not being used currently, but they could eventually change things later on...
