[L4D2] No More Underhand Rock Throws

Well, during my vacation, I found that almost all L4D2 gamers are getting annoyed by the underhand rock throw sequence because it is inaccurate, unreliable, untrusted, and just want to piss the players more. This plugin solves the problem and my friend worked hard on it. So why not share?
IMPORTANT NOTE: It will only compile and work if you have the latest working Left 4 Downtown 2 Extension. Quote:

Maybe use this with Dhooks instead and hook the animation sequence, because l4d downtown breaks down too much :P
and Sev you can get the underhand rock throw with a cvar ----> tank_rock_overhead_percent 100 (default) set it to like 75% for each animation have 25% chance |

Oh no! I broke it. Reverted to 1.0:
==> As Ludastar posted, you can set the cvar to 50 so there will be a time the inaccurate underhand throw sequence fires. ==> Removed the 4th hidden throw sequence as it causes the instability of the plugin. |

Renamed plugin. It broke so I started from scatch and please delete tank_rock_throw_fix-l4d2.smx and .sp files.
