Hi! I'm supra. I've got question to you. Could you help me with one of
your plugins? I think about tf2items_manager.smx. I've got problem
with config. When I'm changing somethin' in, and reloading, in server
I do NOTHING. I need Your help with that. If You could, please do that
config for me. I need:
a) for flags a (vip, reservation slots):
- lv 0,
- valve made names of items (colour),
- halo glow (patricle effect from cheater's lament)
b) for flags z (only admins):
- lv 69,
- community names of items (colour),
- community sparkle (particle effect, if possible on all items).

I've got questions:
1. Is this possible to give attributes (like particle effects) to
items, which are other than default quality, for ex. to Vintage
Officer Ushanka?
2. Is this possible to give for players with flags a this what I said
in config? I think about valve colour for a, community for z. Is this
will be able to crash server? If this is impossible, please do list
only for z flag.

Sorry for my language, I'm 16, my english is weak, and this is not my
native language. Native is polish :)
