Halfe Life 1 Server

I want to run a "Half Life 1" server
And I ask you for help

1. How to run a steam server ( HL1 )
2. Can "Amx Mod X" be installed on this server? ( HL1 )
3. Where can I find plugins for this server? ( HL1 )
4. A full description of this server :)

replace mod name. tfc to valve.

The same place you find CS 1.6 plugins. Just check to see if the plugin is compatible with HL or any mod.

I guess the closest thing to ReGameDLL for Half-Life Deathmatch (valve) is HL Bugfixed by lev.
