req for round time left

when you get killed, the round timer is hiden... i want it enabled, same for spectators ;)

I tried to make a simple plugin, say roundtime ; displays round time left, also spk voice, but no result :|

Oh, i was playing on another server, and i saw that is disabled or something.. so i was thinking that timer does not work on my server too.. but now i'm checked it and is fine..
