Plugin REQ

Hello. I need a plugin, when you write !namerainbow you can enable/disable your name to be rainbow and when you write !messagerainbow you can enable/disable your messages to be rainbow. Here is an example: http://prntscr.com/gm5utf . I see this on another plugin, but isn't working, is very old. If you can make this, it will be great. I can pay for it, if is hard to do. :wink:

If you got the hint, that u dnt have the right to use is, set
src_message_flag b
src_name_flag b

to z or empty ("").
