Normally you don't have to install any packages; you just need to add /dev/urandom to the open_basedir of PHP.

The funny is, the file (urandom) is over 2 GB and i can not open this with nano or via download (notepad) the file is to large.

Re: [RELEASE] SourceBans++ (v1.6.1) [Updated: 2017-05-06]

Just have a question that I hope has an easy answer -- I used to run 1.4.11 sourcebans on my server and site -- and always had to remember not to copy over my admin-flatfile.smx file when upgrading sourcemod or else there would be an issue on my sourcebans site. This was mainly because our sourcebans site had all the "old" steamIDs in it rather than the "new ones" and there was some sort of "conversion" thing or issue that would occur.....

Does upgrading to 1.6.1 mean I can upgrade both the site and plugin from 1.4.11 to 1.6.1 without worrying about not replacing the file I always had to be sure was there and without having to modify the our sourcebans site's steamIDs? (providing I follow the upgrade instructions in the OP)

Basically - Does 1.6.1 allow you to have the old "SteamID" format in your sourcebans site?

Thank you in advance.

Re: [RELEASE] SourceBans++ (v1.6.1) [Updated: 2017-05-06]

For some reason, votebanned players aren't appearing on the bans list.

The bans appear in the 'sourcemod/logs/bans.log' file, just not on the Sourcebans page. If an admin bans a player via sm_ban, that appears as normal. Just not votebans.

Anyone got a fix for this?

Did you make sure to recursively chmod the folders? (chmod -R)

Post screenshots of the output of
Code:

ls -l
so we can see the permissions
