Because it is bulky and I didn't feel that it was a worthy of being sticky. Now that I have the FAQs thread, this doesn't need to be sticky either.

What is different if i add sv_region 3 or sv_regio 255 ?

If you put sv region 255, your server will appear in internet tab only in filter world(or all, i forgot the name of that filter)

Nice , but is the connection changed if I do sv_region 255 (default 3 because I'm europe) so I mean will other players have a higher/lower ping because of it?

It depends on where they are located and their internet connection.
