Change clantag when typing a command

I need a plugin, when admins type a command their clantag will change to "country | Player". I already have a clantag plugin but when admins need to be undercover!

Example

Admin type !hiderole their clantag change as a normal player to hide that they are admin.

Someone that can make this for free or 3 dollars

Which clantag plugin are you using? You can just add this feature to it.
