You can literally do everything, as long as you are NOT providing access to items that are available for purchase through the Steam Market, or otherwise "faking" real Steam/Game-related things, such as for example competitive ranks.

I believe it's actually slightly more broad than Arne says. For example, you cannot purchase a gift knife Howl through the market, since that skin does not exist, but since you can purchase gut knife skins, you cannot provide even fake gut knife skins to players.

You still can use the ws,knife etc.. plugins but not for free. (cheap)

Be cautious of any token site that doesn't distribute source and requires you to allow blacklisted plugins via the core sourcemod config.

Like arne1288 says i have use coustem skins on my server for years and havent got gslt ban just dont use valvet skins and you fine
