Description:
This plugins gives players uber and crits. The original PowerPlay plugin no longer works and hasnt been updated for years - https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1377707.

It gives the targeted players canteen crits and uber. That changes a couple of things. You won't be affected by medic ubers - they won't cancel the effect. Your character won't be playing any ubercharge lines. Bonus round start will not cancel the effects if you're on the losing team. Canteen uses will cancel the effect (why would you use them while using the plugin though?).

There is a couple of differences:
- Replaced the powerplay function
- Updated syntax to the new 1.7 syntax
- Fixed couple of typos and removed unnecesssary code
- Added a cvar that modifies duration of the effect

Cvars:
PHP Code:

sm_ppr_version  // version cvar - do not edit
sm_ppr_duration 999999.0  // duration of the effect 

Commands:

sm_powerup <target> <1/0>
sm_powerplayredux <target> <1/0>
sm_ppr <target> <1/0

If you dont specify a target, its going to be used on yourself. All of the commands require ADMFLAG_SLAY but can be overridden using sm_powerplayredux_override. If you want to use them in chat, just replace "sm_" with "!". Example: !ppr @all 1

Anyone still working on this? If so would like an option where people can't do any damage while powerplay active. Thx.

I feel like it added no value just like the resistance uber.

Do you mean that he shouldnt be able to deal damage while under the effect of the command?

Yes, I know it seems sort of "odd" but would be "cool" to enable the powerplay effects but not be invulnerable and/or do damage. And needs the on-fire effect? My own statement just had me think of something.

Hi, I edited this plugin:

Now you have the fire effect
There is no knock back so you can rocket/sticky jump
I added other conditions

Bugs:
Don't go into health kit or you'll lose the fire effect
Don't go near a dispenser or you'll lose : fire effect, healing effect and have the Quick-Fix effect(Knock back immunity so can't rocket/sticky jump)

For some reason, after 18 seconds (that happened on me) you lose the healing effect and the democharge crit sound) but you can alt+escape and go back to TF2 they will be back.

New commands:
sm_pp
sm_powerplay

Command removed:
sm_powerup (because there is another plugin that use this command so I removed)

Adding 20 effects to the player doesnt help anything. You didnt even do it correctly. The old powerplay effect is broken and thats why its not in this plugin.
