I don't pretty understand what it is for if we reduce incap revive count when map transition?

get the same experience, players need not to kill teammate to let them get more health and 0 revive count after respawn when map transition.

I don't understand it very well. For technical players, I don't want someone to use suicide in exchange for blood volume.
