Hey guys anyone can share easy way for making server downloadurl. I used HFS program but i heard its not that cool. I will appreciate if anyone here share free hosting site and make tutorial for noobs like me how to make it that downloadurll :P

use 000webhost for the fastdl or buy a website in which u can upload files for fastdl.

000webhost doesn't allow this type of hosting. It's not common for any free webhost to allow this type of thing.

A decent website is cheap. Also, many game server providers provide fast download for relatively cheap also.

lot of peoples are using this website for FastDL i used also but its fast dl is weak so its useless but useful for who doesn't have a fdl provided by the Game Servers Providers cuz they sell fastdl with monthly payment.
but better is to use a vps fastdl.

You can for example get a VPS at Hetzner for 2.5 euros; or anywhere where there is a cheap VPS. You don't need anything powerful to run a download server, but you'll need to do some setup as it's not an out of the box solution.
If you have a domain you can even put it behind CloudFlare for better security, caching and even free CDN, that should decrease latency by a lot in most cases. Granted that CF doesn't really allow this by their terms, but they won't go after you for such small amount of bandwidth and requests.
