autotrigger to ban players = 0

SMAC 0.8.6.0: AutoTrigger Detection: BunnyHop , players are getting banned

i removed the autotrigger plugin from the plugins folder and checked with sm plugins list that it was not in there. Yet players are getting banned, so its banning from a different plugin and the cfg for the smac is not working, i checked the value in the server and its at 0 to not ban players on autotrigger.

someone else had this experience and knows which of the smac plugins that causing it? cause its not autotrigger.
