Why am I getting this? Someone somewhere said it's due to bad internet connection, but my internet is just fine, that started happening after I kicked myself using amx_kick [server_cmd("kick #%d, get_user_userid(id))]

I got this several times, it's either due to bad internet (as you said) when kicked, or you force quit the game and rejoin server asap.

My internet is just okay, it's the first time ever that it happens to me, apart from like years ago I think. I just kicked myself, didn't force quit.

it happened with me too and when i quit cs and rejoin sv so working perfectly try it u will join server too.

u had a bad connection when u kicked.

Probably your internet was a bit slow, which ended up "bugging" your id on the server, you know when the player disconnects, but it is still on the server? I recommend that you use sv_timeout 10 ~ 15 on your server.cfg so if this happens in 10 ~ 15 seconds the server will detect your output and release your id.

I know it's an old topic but I want to know what is the name of the plugin in the photo?

This happens because there is a hacker using your steam id, someone would have to create a plugin that kicks the hacker with copied id "This id-steam is in use on this server and you cannot enter"
it would also be nice to be added self-baning by ip in case you use vpn.

This is only possible in non-steam servers, steam only servers doesn't got that problem. Also its impossible to hack someone else SteamID's, even you use steamid changers, it won't work. Our own Steamid are already binded in our steam accounts forever, it won't change or get hacked.

When I left cs and rejoin sv, it happened to me too, so try it perfectly and join the server, too.
