Someone could create when someone dies that a text appears in the chat in Spanish please: (Example)
The player (Gamer_kanela) has died

Untested. Edit the translations file (death_chat_notice.phrases.txt) to your liking to customize the chat message that displays.

This should only show deaths for survivors and not infected.
