!save and !Load is what i need

Hello, me and my friend are building a mod called |BuildMod|, what you are supposed to do is build stuff and collect, we already made it pretty far with some fancy stuff and props spawning but
we dont know how to make !save and !Load and thats what we mostly want, so i wanted to ask, does somebody know somebody that gives !save and !load plugins? or can you make em for us? because i searched like hell but i dont find.
pls help us!

Also, i was wondering if somebody could teach me the basics of the world of sourcemod so i can make my own mods to, pls i hope somebody to be teaching me.

saving and laoding is probably out of your reach if you dont even know how to code in sourcepawn yet.
