Ever want to chat in hud like admins? With OOC Chat now you can! Instead of writing an essay I've been slaving over this code for the past 5 minutes.

When a user says ooc message, it broadcasts the message in the upper left corner. It functions like the normal chat only its a hud message.

Plugin suggested here.

going by acronymfinder.com i would guess out of context. (ive never used it before, but thats how it was suggested)

that's correct, but if you're using it for the specialists roleplay, what i've heard it means is out of character, which is talking out of your roleplay character

Yeah, this feature was implemented in a few versions of talk area plugins for TS (mainly Harbu's v2 which he never released). In TS "say <text>" only works for those surrounding you and say_team "<text>" servers as the default ooc button (even though "say /ooc <text>" is often included as well).

No ooc can mean out of char - used in RP. or out of context also emp`, your now a sworn enemy like we need more rp stuff grr you.

Hey Emp` I happened to be working on it at the exact same time you were, lol.

You are more experienced and came up with a better result than I did, so I decided to ditch my version and go with this latest one. But, upon trying it out I decided to make some changes. Check it out, compare it to your version, and use it if you'd like.

Changes:
Hudmessage doesn't flicker, it scrolls automatically, say_team is accounted for

Ok, give some ideas on how to change it so it isn't "weird looking". I'd be happy to change it.
