Can't install items

I tried to install the Equipment-package and accessories pack, but for some reason, when i select "Shop" at the store menu, nothing happens (probably because i don't have any items in the shop).

you think maybe it happens because i don't have web panel installed?
or is the web panel optional?

I don't have a web panel, and i'm having problems installing it.. :\

Can we continue this on PMs?

EDIT: nevermind i got it, opened a web panel with wamp :)
