Thanks for posting the fix. This thread will be remembered by generations and generations of people as being one of the best posts ever in getting your gifts to spawn.

Yeah what was the "fix". I enabled sourcemod and he isn't spawning. I disabled most plugins, and check cvars that would disqualify you.

Yeah for anyone else server needs to be "registered". Remember that after posting. Same as previous year.

If you have TF2 Force Holidays installed, make sure you set tfh_halloween to 0 or 1. 2 will prevent the bosses from spawning, as I found out the hard way.

tfh_fullmoon is being reintroduced in TF2 Force Holidays 1.8 to deal with this issue, so that Full Moon and Halloween are controlled separately again.

Unfortunately, needs testing.

I'd honestly prefer that you stick with the current tfh_halloween 0/1/2 cvar. It works best in my opinion. It just needs to be disabled yearly.
