Cksurf-like admin titles help
 

Basically title.
I am looking to find a cksurf like pre fixing system for both chat and scoreboard. It also has to be really modifiable in the sense that you can use the. Txt file to edit the titles. Colours should be supported as well
If someone could point me in the right direction or even help me get the. Smx or. Sp, that would be great!
