this plugin changed default or not default skyboxes textures on map!
Main menu command "sky" in console! and chose defaults css skyboxes in menu
in ...cstrike/materials/skybox/ or ...hl2/materials/skybox/

if you download not default textures you must:
copy new textures (.vtf and .vmt ) to folder ...cstrike/materials/skybox/!
and write in [cfg/sourcemod/skY.cfg] all names textures to clients download!
(IF [cfg/sourcemod/skY.cfg] file does not exist, him auto created on start server)
Next: in game open menu, command "sky", and select item (cstrike Folder) and chose you new skybox to change
Item sky auto added to Admni menu (server commands)!

RUS/ENG in skY.cfg
Current skybox name in Menu title.

As for the .cfg after reading what Leonardo translated (thanksLeonardo) its rather vital information needed to run this plugin. To say there is nothing difficult in it is just dumbass. If one can't understand the config one can't use the plugin. Read the forum rules dude and try writing english people will help you.

Having said that, if you make an effort with this you may find it appreciated. I personally find it a great idea and would probably use it, but not until you get your act together. I realize you're doing this free but it's no excuse for half an effort.
