Description:
This plugin does for chat what sv_alltalk does for voice. Dead and alive and spectating players can all see each others chat messages. Team chat is still only visible among your team, but with no regard for whether you are dead or alive. By default this plugin works depending on whether or not sv_alltalk is on. It can be forced to be on all the time, as well as setting custom colors for messages that come from admins.

Cvars:
*First value is default

sv_allchat <1|2|0>
1 - Dependent on sv_alltalk
2 - Always active
0 - Disabled

ac_namecolor <0|1|2>
ac_msgcolor <1|2|0>
0 - Team color
1 - Green
2 - White

ac_hidestatus <0|1>
0 = Show dead/spec status.
1 = Hide status.

ac_teamchat <0|1>
0 = Dead and living can't team chat.
1 = Dead and living can team chat.

maybe a dum question but I am not sure what does this plugin do?

It's ghostchat, allows players to use say chat when alive or dead to speak to everyone in server who is either alive or dead. In the manner that sv_alltalk 1 would allow all players alive or dead to speak to one another thru voice.

Normally alive players can't read dead players chat, etc.. This allows it but this has been done before, albeit this has some different options...

Oh yeah, I was in a hurry to post this, and it's an old plugin, didn't even notice there was no description. I'm updating it right now to use pcvars; I will post v0.5 in a few minutes.

Yes, I beleive it's been made at least twice (with what looked like better coding as well), so this is kind of redundant. To be fair though they aren't that easy to track down.

Did you put it as the last plugin in your plugins.ini, thats very important, cause it blocks chat messages.

Maybe ian should add in some of the features from the others to make this more well rounded?

I was actually gonna redo ghostchat cause I noticed a flaw with it, which this plugin also would suffer from though i don't think i'll ever get around to it now.

I'll try and get a rewrite of the plugin done next week. Until then I don't think there's anything that can be done.

Could some one edit this plug in and remove the *DEAD* *ALIVE* *SPEC* and everything, even if you are dead you don't see the *DEAD* by your name?
