Adds dynamic lighting to the Pyro's flamethrower when it's in use.

Looks great, but I'm afraid after I fired the flamethrower for a few seconds, the new bright orange/red glow keeps surrounding me no matter where I go. Even when I'm not even firing. And it also seems it mostly works when ducking rather than walking.
Another issue found: When aiming on the ground and release the fire button, it shows a glow without firing anything as you can't shoot through the ground. |

Really sucks this light doesn't work on dynamic entities (eg players) and even some (HDR) textures.
Else it would've made a great L4D light plugin. |
