AlliedModders - (TF2) Heavy Boxing Plugin

Hello.
I am looking for a plugin for Heavy Boxing Tournaments simmillar to MGE Mod.

So what I want is:
#1 A command so a player can add him/her self to a tournament queue. (Maybe sm_tournament)
#2 Heal the winner so that he/she is ready for the next opponent.
#3 Something that would teleport the next opponent in the tournament queue into one of the corners in the boxingring and the last survivor into the opposit corner.
#4 A timer counting from 5 to 1 and then say "Fight" with the normal TF2 sounds.
#5 Auto freezing the players in their corners untill the voice says "Fight!"
#6 Ability for an admin to lock/unlock the queue so nobody else can enter.
#7 Ability for an admin to kick a player from the queue.
#8 Ability for an admin to ban/unban a player from the queue.
#9 Force the fighting players to use "Killing Gloves of Boxing" (Is it possible to add it with maybe tf2 items if they don't have it?)
#10 A command so a player can remove him/her self from the tournament queue. (Maybe sm_remove)
#11 If the tournament queue is locked, display a chat notification of who the tournament winner is.
#12 Ability to set location of the 2 corners in a cvar.
*#13 Abillity for an admin to add players to the queue when it is locked. (For buy in tournaments)

*14 Wearable medals awarded to tournament winners tracking how many wins they have and should be in diffrent ranks like Normal (1 win), Bronze (5 wins), Silver (25 wins) and Gold (100 wins)
