im not sure if any of u encounter a bug, im unable to unban some guy, his able to join other of my servers but particularly not on the server that he was ban.

I tried finding in the database his ip , steamid etc it wasn't found, but a weird thing happen, when he join that particular server that he was ban, i did hlsw and saw his ban is 5 mins ! it automatically writes 5 mins ban for him on that server, but his able to join my other server.

I have tried banning him again via web his ip and steamid, and unban again but it just couldn't work. I have check the banned_user.cfg and banned_ip.cfg it doesn't have his ip nor steamid in it.

My last measure was that i unload the sourceban v1.5.3 , and viola his able to join the server. Once I load it back, I've tracked via hlsw , his ban was added in 5mins duration each time he tries to join that particular server that he was banned. He has no issue with the other servers.

Hmm, apparently I found the problem, a little hiccup on using a different database setup. after rectifying the database.cfg by following suit with the rest, it works.

Hello guys.
Sarabveer i use your plugin and i want to edit ban times in menu i need to edit directly in the code and compile? And i want to give access permanent ban to other flag.
You or someone can help me?

Suggest: Possibility to edit ban times in sourcebans.cfg

Use overrides. Adding them with access to the "sm_unban" override gives access to permanent bans.

Perm ban is only available to admins who have the unban flag.

I want to give the permision to a moderator to give a permanent ban, but i dont want to give him permission to unban.
Please you can change flag unban to flag custom 1 ?

I need to rewrite the email system in SourceBans to use one email.

The current email system is broken, and is a pain in the ass to get working.

- For which feature I have to specify a API key?

- Is a API key working that i have created for domain.tld if SB is installed on subdomain.domain.tld?

after the latest csgo update a banned player trys to connect only once and the sourcebans page spams the blocked player.

example:

So I upgraded, and I'm getting the blank bans page. I have manually set the api key and sb_wb_url and the page is still blank. Any one have any other ideas?

Same Problem. A fast fix would be nice, because it makes sourcebans nearly unuseable.

It's nothing to do with SourceBans, you need to update SourceMod.

API Key is just there for future use, it is not used currently.

Your SourceBans URL is used for Steam Login

The problem is MariaDB, please use the dev version from the GitHub page.

I have put a temp fix for MariaDB, but if MySQL decides to use version number 10, then I'm screwed.

As the API key is generated by Valve / Steam, your question belongs to them, only they can tell you whether or not it has restrictions based on the domain name you enter.

Since API keys works using command line commands (e.g. CURL or even WGET), and without any Referrer HTTP header, it would make most sense to suggest that the domain name you enter is not being used currently, but they could eventually change things later on...

I have Problem NR.2
If i give ban to player on 1. server example on Public server than show me in sourcebans under "Banned from" that i was banned on other sever whit name example Deathmatch.. how i can fix that if i baned on Public that i become in "Banned from" that i was baned on Public not on other server....

Getting the forcing reconnect bug aswell. For example banning Caroline will get 157 connections blocked. Spammed in chat aswell.

MySQL 5.0 or higher, as it states in the OP; Or search this thread for the MariaDB workaround which I posted months ago. (or upgrade to the dev version)

Could you please post a link to the dev version or mariadb for me? I have searched endlessly but I cannot find it. I'm sure its right in front of me, but I really cant find it.
