Hello, so today I have a problem with player teleporting, not all players experienced this, only players from certain countries. is a routing issue able to cause this? but no PING / CHOKE / LOSS problem from them

no, official maps like de_mirage and etc

It started happening a few days ago for me too, but I'm using custom maps.
No loss/choke/ping issues too.
