[Help] mysql tables

Hello! I keep searching for 3 4 days and i can t understand why my mysql data base dont work. I have table with admins if i write in rcon sm_update_adm_tables it s connected to mysql but the admins from that list dont have acces to commands..

I figure out where was the problem mysql and flatfille dont work toghether after i disabled flatfille mysql works t/c.
