!xmas_party - admin cmd: turn the music louder, and congratulate all even yourself :)
!xmas - player cmd: send msg to other player with the wishes!

I'm not going to discuss what is a plugin and what is not, because this would offend too many authors. Don't like, do not use it simply, but thanks for your opinion.
