Regarding TF2 PowerPlay
Today I was little bored so decided to find manually steamid64s of users who are allowed to use PowerPlay command (condump_on/off). So, started debugging server.dll via hl2.exe, got the memory location of stored steamid64s, XORed them and got them. When I compared them with the official list, I found mismatch with Tony Paloma's steamid64. Here are the allowed steamid64s:

They have the same account id, but the one in the game has an invalid / non-standard instance specified. Someone has just normalised it in the wiki list.
