AlliedModders - Regarding TF2 PowerPlay

Today I was little bored so decided to find manually steamid64s of users who are allowed to use PowerPlay command (condump_on/off). So, started debugging server.dll via hl2.exe, got the memory location of stored steamid64s, XORed them and got them. When I compared them with the official list, I found mismatch with Tony Paloma's steamid64. Here are the allowed steamid64s:

In the official list, Tony Paloma has steamid64 76561197968459473, but mine is 76562297480087249. Checking them leads to same profile. What is this? Steamid64 alias? Very curious to know.
