compile.exe doesn`t compile

Hello!
I have a large amount of sma to compile so I drag it to compile.exe
MAke this message:

try double-clicking compile.exe instead and let it compile all the smas. if that doesn't work then try moving the compiling folder to a location without cyrilic/unicode characters in the directory name.

Should I delete the amx studio and install it again?( to save the inc folder)?
