[CS:GO] Rankme with scoreboard

I want to see rank players on scoreboard if somebody get the exp he must take a rank like a silver 1 2 3 this plugin must work with rankme.

Oh this plugin too good but im looking to like https://i.imgur.com/ELMmzu7.png this i want to see ranks on scoreboard with image but they must take exp for it not like a !mm
