mod install issue

help me guys to install metamod all files i uploaded

there is my vdf files also i can give ftp in pm to anyone who can help.
when i type meta list in console it gives error "meta unknown command"

the correct hierarchy should be /addons/metamod/bin

you have an extra metamod folder
