[REQ] [ND] Who call for a mutiny
 

I would love to see a very simple plugin for ND that announces who called for a mutiny. I see alot of mutiny votes when Im playing on the server even if the commander is doing well. Also maybe cool but not necessary would have the plugin stop a person that from starting a new mutiny if they have had two failed mutiny votes in one round or even to punish the person something like a slap.
